Welcome to the NJ TRANSIT Procurement Page! We encourage firms, new and old, to monitor the Procurement Calendar for new procurement opportunities (Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Market Research (SSNs/EOIs) and Dispositions) for projects of varying sizes). NJ TRANSIT Procurement uses Bid Express for most large procurements. We encourage participation from the Disadvantaged and Small Business Enterprise (DBE/SBE) communities for our procurements.

It is recommended that all vendors register, set up to bid/propose electronically, and navigate the Bid Express service well in advance of upcoming solicitation deadlines. General navigation (registering, setting up to bid/propose electronically, and solicitation review) of www.bidexpress.com prior to actual selection of a solicitation for bidding/proposing is FREE. There are no costs for submitting a bid/proposal.
