NJ TRANSIT administers its Invitations for Bids (IFBs) through the BID EXPRESS service. It is paramount that all vendors register, set up to bid electronically, and navigate the service well in advance of upcoming solicitation deadlines. General navigation (registering, setting up to bid electronically, and solicitation review) of www.bidexpress.com prior to actual selection of a solicitation for bidding is FREE. The fee schedule is available on the website. NJ TRANSIT administers its Requests for Proposals (RFPs) utilizing a Secure File Transfer Site (SFTS) via Microsoft OneDrive to provide a secure method for facilitating file transfers with outside parties. Refer to NJ TRANSIT’s Procurement Calendar for additional instructions.
