Bus Detour for No. 161 & 703 in Paterson – Monday, October 6, 2025  

Effective Monday, October 6, from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM, Ellison Street will be closed between Main Street and Memorial Drive due to a movie shoot. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 161 and 703 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York/East Rutherford will travel from Main and Ellison streets, continue on Main Street, left on Ward Street, left on Memorial Drive, right on Market Street, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
