Bus Detour for Nos. 25, 70, and 375 in Maplewood - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Monday, September 29, from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Springfield Avenue will be closed between Park Avenue and Millburn Avenue for road work.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 25, 70, and 375 in Maplewood will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Newark will travel from Millburn Avenue and Valley Street, make a left on Valley Street, right on Tuscan Road, right on Vermont Street, left on Springfield Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
  • Buses traveling toward Maplewood, Summit, or Livingston will travel from Springfield Avenue and Tuscan Road, bear right on Tuscan Road, make a left on Valley Street, right on Millburn Avenue, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
