Bus Detour for No. 608 in Trenton - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until Friday, September 26, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, East State Street will be closed between Olden Avenue and Hampton Avenue for road construction. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 608 in Trenton will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Ewing will travel from East State Street and Olden Avenue, make a left on Olden Avenue, right on Greenwood Avenue, right on Hampton Avenue, left on East State Street, and then continue the regular route.
  • Buses traveling toward Hamilton will travel from East State Street and Hampton Avenue, make a right on Hampton Avenue, left on Greenwood Avenue, left on Olden Avenue, right on East State Street, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
