Bus Detour for No. 94 in Bloomfield – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 9, Dood Street and Watsessing Avenue will be closed between Prospect and Orange streets due to road construction.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 94 will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward Union Center/Linden will travel from Watsessing Avenue and Orange/Myrtle streets, bear right onto Myrtle Street, left on Prospect Street, and then continue the regular route.  
  • Buses traveling toward Bloomfield will travel from Prospect and Dodd streets, continue on Prospect Street, right on Myrtle Street, bear left onto Watsessing Avenue, and then continue the regular route.     

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
