Bus Detour for Multiple Bus Routes in Philadelphia – Thursday, June 26, 2025

On Thursday, June 26, from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM, 6th Street will be closed between Ben Franklin Bridge and 8th Street due to the Annual Wawa Hoagie Fest.   

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Buses will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Philadelphia  will travel from Ben Franklin Bridge and 6th Street Ramp, continue in the left lane after Ben Franklin Bridge, make a left on 8th Street, right on Market Street, and then continue the regular route.    
• Buses traveling toward Various Locations will not be affected.      

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
