Bus Detour for Nos. 452 and 453 in Camden - Thursday, July 3, 2025

Effective Thursday, July 3, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Martin Luther King Boulevard and Riverside Drive will be closed between Martin Luther King Boulevard and 3rd Street and Riverside Drive and Federal Street for the Freedom Festival.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 452 and 453 in Camden will operate on a detour as follows:

  • Buses traveling toward 36th Street Station will travel from Federal Street and Riverside Street, make a right on Riverside Drive, right on Market Street, right on Delaware Avenue, left on Federal Street, left on North 3rd Street, and then continue the regular route.
  • Buses traveling toward Kroc Center will travel from Delaware Avenue and Federal Street, make a left on Federal Street, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
