Bus Detour for No. 753 in Maywood – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until 4:30 PM on Tuesday, August 19, Maywood Avenue will be closed between Coolidge and East Spring Valley avenues due to road construction.  

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 753 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Paramus will travel from Maywood Avenue and Parkway, make a left on Parkway, right on Spring Valley Road, right on Spring Valley Avenue, left into the mall entrance, and then continue the regular route.  
• Buses traveling toward New Milford/Cresskill will travel from Maywood and Spring Valley avenues, make a right on Spring Valley Avenue, left on Palmer Avenue, left on West Fairmount Avenue, right on Maywood Avenue, and then continuing the regular route.       

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
