Bus Detour for Nos. 128, 156, 158, 165 & 166 in West New York and Weehawken – Friday, July 4, 2025

Effective Friday, July 4, from 7:00 PM until 12:00 AM, Boulevard East will be closed between 60th and 48th streets due to a 4th of July Parade.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 128, 156, 158, 165 & 166 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York/PABT will travel from Boulevard East and 60th Street, make a right on 60th Street, make a left on Park Avenue, left on South Marginal Highway, right on Boulevard East, and then continue the regular route.  
• Buses traveling toward Westwood/Cresskill/Paramus/North Bergen will travel from Hoboken, make a left on 19th Street, left on Boulevard East, left on North Marginal Highway, right on Park Avenue, right on 60th Street, left on Boulevard East, and then continue the regular route.  

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
