Due to an earlier disabled train in one of the Hudson River Tunnels, NJ TRANSIT rail service is subject to up to 40-minute delays into and out of Penn Station New York.
Morris and Essex Line and Gladstone Branch rail service has resumed west of Madison following a downed tree in the overhead wire and is subject to up to 60-minute delays in both directions. Midtown Direct trains departing Penn Station New York will make all local stops. NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes are being crossed-honored by NJ TRANSIT bus and private carrier buses and PATH at Hoboken and 33rd Street, New York.
