NJ TRANSIT RIDERS RECEIVE DISCOUNT ON TICKETS TO GOURMET FOOD AND GIFT SHOW
NEWARK, NJ, October 16, 2002 – NJ TRANSIT customers can save $3 off admission to the Gourmet Food and Gift Show in Atlantic City from October 25-27. To receive the discount, riders must present a promotional coupon, available at the Atlantic City Rail Terminal or from NJ TRANSIT’s website, along with their rail or bus ticket, pass or transportation receipts at the box office.
This year’s Gourmet Food and Gift Show will feature hundreds of unique exhibits, specialty foods and live music for the more than ten thousand gourmet enthusiasts and shoppers who annually walk the aisles of the show.
Getting to the show at the Atlantic City Convention Center is convenient via NJ TRANSIT’s Atlantic City Rail Line. The Atlantic City Rail Line operates between Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station and the Atlantic City’s Convention Center, located directly adjacent to the Atlantic City Rail Terminal. Climb aboard at convenient stops in Cherry Hill, Lindenwold, Atco, Hammonton, Egg Harbor and Absecon. Rail tickets are available at all train stations. Bus service, from many destinations, is also available to the Atlantic City Bus Terminal, just a short walk from the convention center.
NJ TRANSIT also offers a Weekend Family Super Saver Fare for those traveling to the event. The Super Saver Fare allows two children 11 and under to travel free with each fare-paying adult. Senior citizen and round-trip excursion tickets will be valid without restriction throughout the period.
