Bus Detour for Nos. 59 & 112 in Roselle – Monday, May 26, 2025

Effective Monday, May 26, from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, 2nd Avenue will be closed between Locust Street and Harrison Avenue due to a Memorial Day Parade.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 59 and 112 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Newark/New York will travel from 1st Avenue and Locust Street, continue on 1st Avenue, make a right on Drake Avenue, left on 2nd Avenue, and then continue the regular route.  
• Buses traveling toward Dunellen/Clark  will travel from Sheridan and 2nd avenues, continue on Sheridan Avenue, make a left on 1st Avenue, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
