Bus Detour for Nos. 59 and 112 in Roselle - Effective Tuesday, May 6, to Friday, May 9, 2025

Effective Tuesday, May 6, until Friday, May 9, from 7AM to 5PM, East 2nd Avenue will be closed between Walnut Street and Sheridan Avenue for milling and paving. 

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 59 and 112 in Roselle will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Newark/New York will travel from East 2nd Avenue and Walnut Street, make a right on Walnut Street, left on East 3rd Avenue, continue on East 3rd Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Dunellen/Clark/Scotch Plains will travel from Sheridan Avenue and East 2nd Avenue, continue on Sheridan Avenue, make a left on 1st Avenue, left on Walnut Avenue, right on East 2nd Avenue, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
