REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Murray Hill Station Leasing Opportunity

NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from experienced, financially sound individuals or entities for the operation of a business at Murray Hill Station.

The Station attracts approximately 600 daily patrons and is situated on the Gladstone Line offering Midtown Direct service to New York City along with connections to Newark Penn Station and Secaucus Junction.

The Station is a readily available 800 ± square foot premises located on Foley Place, between Floral Avenue and Southgate Road, adjacent to Westerly Ave in New Providence.

Selection of a Lessee(s) will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.
