Port Jervis Line: Buses Replace Trains due to Infrastructure Maintenance – Weekends, March 25-26 and April 1-2, 2023
On Saturday, March 25 and Sunday, March 26, and again on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2, buses will replace Port Jervis Line trains at New York stations to support infrastructure maintenance.
Service notes:
- Westbound (to Port Jervis): Customers must transfer to buses at Ramsey Route 17 Station for travel between Sloatsburg and Port Jervis.
- Eastbound (to Secaucus/Hoboken/New York): Customers will travel by bus between Port Jervis and Sloatsburg. Buses will connect with trains at Ramsey Route 17 Station for travel to points east.
- Certain express trains (which bypass most stations in New Jersey) will not operate.
NOTE: On Friday evenings, March 24 and March 31, the last trains to operate to/from Port Jervis will be train 68 departing Port Jervis at 9:22PM and train 67 departing Hoboken at 9:58PM. Early Monday morning, March 27 and April 3, rail service to/from Port Jervis resumes with train 41/69 departing Hoboken at 12:39AM and train 42 departing Port Jervis at 3:46AM.
