RAIL SERVICE TO MONMOUTH PARK KICKS OFF JULY 3rd

NJ TRANSIT Provides Rail Service Fridays through Sundays and on Holidays Through September 27th

NEWARK, NJ — NJ TRANSIT is off to the races! Rail service to Monmouth Park Racetrack for the 2020 season begins with the return of live racing this Friday, July 3rd.  NJ TRANSIT customers can take North Jersey Coast Line trains to Monmouth Park Station when the track is open for live racing. This year, live racing runs through September 27th.

NJ TRANSIT rail service at Monmouth Park will operate on the following days:

  • Fridays: July 3 – September 4
  • Saturdays and Sundays: July 4 – September 27
  • Monday, Labor Day, September 7

Customers can purchase a round-trip train ticket to/from Monmouth Park Station from any ticket vending machine (TVM) at any NJ TRANSIT train station or at any ticket office excluding Atlantic City Rail Line stations.

NOTE:  Cash will resume being accepted on board trains on Monday, July 6.
