This year, for the first time, customers can purchase their packages, which include round trip bus travel and park admission, all in the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App, making it more convenient than ever!

Starting Friday, May 26 at 4 p.m., customers can use the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App to begin purchasing the packages, which save up to $50 off round-trip bus tickets and admission passes to the Theme Park or Hurricane Harbor. Packages purchased on the App include round-trip transportation and discounted admission to Six Flags Great Adventure or Hurricane Harbor. Each NJ TRANSIT Mobile App account can purchase up to six packages.

Customers who prefer to use cash, or don’t have a debit or credit card, can now take advantage of all of the benefits of the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App with NJ TRANSIT’s new Cash in App feature. Customers can utilize more than 1,000 convenient participating network retailers in New Jersey, like 7-Eleven, Walgreens, CVS, Family Dollar and more, to convert cash directly to digital balances in the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App – which can then be used to purchase electronic NJ TRANSIT tickets and passes. For more information, visit njtransit.com/cash.

Express service on the No. 308 Bus – from Port Authority Bus Terminal and Newark Penn Station to Six Flags Great Adventure – begins Saturday, May 27 and runs through Fright Fest in October. Packages can be purchased through the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App between 4 p.m. the day before the scheduled departure date, and 8:30 a.m. the day of the departure. There are a limited number of packages available each day. Once that limit is met, customers will be notified and can still purchase a package(s) at NJ TRANSIT Ticket Windows. Packages and bus tickets purchased from the NJ TRANSIT Ticket Window must be purchased on the day of travel.  Customers wishing to purchase only bus transportation to the park must purchase paper tickets at the NJ TRANSIT Ticket Windows.

Family SuperSaver fares, monthly and student passes, 10-trip tickets and other ticket types are not valid for the 308 bus. Package purchase guarantees admission, weather permitting. NJ TRANSIT is not responsible for refunds due to ride closures.
