Request For Proposals

NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from experienced, financially sound individuals or entities to operate a restaurant within Dover Station.

The historic Dover Station serves an average of 983 passengers weekly, connecting commuters to various connection points along the Gladstone and Morristown Line, including Hoboken, Newark Broad Street, and New York Penn Station. The Station is located on East Dickerson Street in the Town of Dover, and is in immediate proximity to businesses, retail, and residential areas, including several transit-oriented developments surrounding the station.

The restaurant available for lease is a freestanding structure consisting of approximately 6,000 square feet.

Selection of a Lessee(s) will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.
