REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Lakewood Bus Terminal Taxi-cab Office Space
NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from an experienced, financially sound individual or entity to operate a Taxi-cab Office at Lakewood Bus Terminal.
Lakewood Bus Terminal is a major transportation station that provides service to Atlantic City, Hudson County, New York, Philadelphia, and the Jersey Shore. Lakewood Bus Terminal, located at 1st and Lexington Avenues in Lakewood Township, Ocean County, and is in close proximity to business, retail, and residential areas of the Township.
The space available is approximately 40 square feet within the Terminal. Additionally, four (4) parking spaces located in the adjacent terminal parking lot are also available.
Proposals may use the space preferably for, but not limited to, a Taxi-cab Office, offering a quality service and convenient transport amenity to commuters, all the while providing excellent customer service and maximizing NJ TRANSIT revenue.
Selection of a Lessee(s) will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.
