To get started, make sure you have the latest version of the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play. Then, when selecting your ticket type in the app, FLEXPASS will appear as a purchase option.

- What is FLEXPASS?
One FLEXPASS provides 20 one-way adult tickets for travel between one origin and one destination of your choice, sold at a 20% discount from full priced tickets.
- How do I purchase FLEXPASS?
Currently, FLEXPASS is available for purchase via the current and most updated version of the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App. Customers who are unable to purchase tickets through the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App should contact NJ TRANSIT Customer Service for further assistance.
- Where can I use FLEXPASS?
FLEXPASS is valid on all NJ TRANSIT Bus, Rail and Light Rail, and only be offered for purchase via the NJT Mobile App.
- When can a FLEXPASS be bought?
FLEXPASS can be purchased any day, anytime at any time.
- How long are FLEXPASS tickets valid?
FLEXPASS is valid for 30 days from and including the date of purchase. All tickets associated with FLEXPASS must be used before the 30 calendar day expiry. Expiration of FLEXPASS tickets may not be paused or frozen.
- Is there a limit on how many I can purchase?
You may only buy and own one FLEXPASS per mode at a time.
- Can I refund FLEXPASS?
FLEXPASS sales or individual one-way tickets are non-refundable.
