North Jersey Coast Line rail has resumed service in both directions following earlier downed trees on the wires and tracks near Middletown caused by Thursday’s severe storms. Cross-honoring of NJ TRANSIT rail tickets and passes with NJ TRANSIT and private carrier buses will end at 4:30 AM.
