To earn 250 NJT Rewards points, complete the survey and enter the email address that you used to sign up for NJT Rewards. If you are not registered for NJT Rewards, list your email address below and use the same email address to register at NJT Rewards. Register by December 1, 2023 to be eligible. NJT Rewards points will be added to your account by December 20, 2023. If you are unable to complete the survey via the online link, you can leave a message at 973-491-4222 and someone will call you back to conduct the survey over the telephone.
