North Elizabeth Station

Possible delays of up to 15 minutes

Effective weekdays from Monday, May 13 through Thursday, May 23, from approximately 9AM until approximately 3PM, NJCL trains may experience delays of up to 15 minutes due to grade crossing rehabilitation in Long Branch.

  • Eastbound delays may occur from Long Branch to Penn Station New York stations. (NOTE: connecting Bay Head shuttles may arrive late to Long Branch Station)
  • Westbound delays may occur from Long Branch to Bay Head stations. (NOTE: Bay Head shuttle train 4331 may face delays of up to 30 minutes)

North Elizabeth Station

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, a portion of the Eastbound Platform (West End) and Westbound Platform (East End) at North Elizabeth Station will be closed for repairs.

Additionally, the staircase from Hand Place to the Eastbound Platform, and the staircase from North Avenue to the Westbound Platform will be closed.

Customers will still be able to access both platforms from the other available staircases and ADA ramps.

Please allow for extra travel time.
