Hamilton Station

Beginning Monday night, October 14, and continuing late nights Monday through Thursday until further notice, Trains 3893 and 3895 will not have level detraining/boarding available at Princeton Junction and Hamilton stations due to Amtrak track work.

Customers who require level detraining at Princeton Junction or Hamilton must exit the train at New Brunswick and call (908) 324-3517 to request an Access Link vehicle for transport to those stations.

Customers wishing to board at Princeton Junction or Hamilton should call (908) 324-3517 to request an Access Link vehicle for transport to Trenton Transit Center.

NOTE: Access Link vehicles may take up to one hour to respond to a request for pickup. 

No other trains will be affected.

Hamilton Station

Effective immediately and continuing until approximately 2027, Escalators 3 and 4, serving the Westbound Platform (toward the Trenton side) at Hamilton Station will remain out of service for upcoming long-term upgrade and enhancement project work.

During this time, customers may use the nearby elevator or stairs to access the pedestrian tunnel to the platforms.

Station Navigation Notes:

  • If you require accessible services, please check the Elevator Status page before starting your trip.
  • For your safety, please follow posted signage, do not travel through barricaded areas and do not use closed escalators as stairs.

Please allow for extra time to navigate the station and board your train.
