NJ TRANSIT POLICE SEEK PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE IN IDENTIFYING MAN STRUCK BY TRAIN IN MILLBURN LAST WEEK

NEWARK, NJ — The NJ TRANSIT Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a man struck and fatally injured by a Morris & Essex Lines train last week.  The incident occurred at Millburn Station on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at approximately 6 p.m.

The following is a description of the man: 

• White male
• Short dark hair, clean-shaven
• Eyes:  gray
• Age:  approximately 50 years
• Height:  5’9”
• Weight:  240 lbs. 

The man was wearing a blue denim button-down shirt, tan pants, black leather coat and white/black New Balance sneakers (size 11).
