Project Scope:

Implementation of new passenger rail service from Port Morris, NJ to Andover, NJ, a distance of approximately 7.3 miles.  It includes a new station at Andover, rehabilitation of the Roseville Tunnel, track and signal, a grade crossing, infrastructure construction and improvements to the right-of-way.
