Northeast Corridor: Low-Level Platforming at New Brunswick, Edison and Metuchen Stations – Effective Friday, August 14 until Sunday, August 16, 2026

Beginning at 10:00 PM Friday, August 14 and continuing until 6:00 AM on Sunday, August 16, customers at New Brunswick, Edison and Metuchen Stations will be required to use low-level platforms due to switch replacement work near Metuchen Station. 

Arrangements for customers requiring ADA assistance and level-boarding during this project will be announced as soon as they are confirmed. 

NOTE: As a result of this work, Eastbound Northeast Corridor trains (to Newark/New York) may experience delays of up to 15 minutes between New Brunswick Station and Penn Station New York.
