2505-20MAINFRAME-AS-A-SERVICE – Authorization to enter into a Procurement-By-Exception NJ TRANSIT Contract No. PBE-26-018 with Blue Hill Data Services of Pearl River, New York, for an engagement of a partner for mainframe-related services in the amount not to exceed $7,300,000, over the course of three years, plus five percent for contingencies, subject to the availability of funds.
2505-21CONNECTED BUS: AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CLEVER DEVICES LTD FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE IN-VEHICLE NETWORKING (IVN) TECHNOLOGIES EXTENDED – Authorization to enter into a Procurement-By-Exception NJ TRANSIT Contract No. PBE-26-002 with Clever Devices Ltd of Woodbury, New York, for the purchase of In-Vehicle Networking Technologies in the amount of $6,460,000, plus five percent contingency.
2505-22ANNUAL NOTICE OF MEETINGS AND DESIGNATIONS – Authorization to adopt the Annual Notice of Meetings for all of the Board of Directors’ meetings during Fiscal Year 2027, designate Kiabi D. Carson as Vice Chairperson of the NJ TRANSIT Board of Directors and its subsidiaries, and designate Meghan Clark Umukoro as Board Secretary of NJ TRANSIT and its subsidiaries.

SALE OF PROPERTY NEAR 510 PACIFIC AVENUE, JERSEY CITY TO JERSEY CITY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY FOR A STORMWATER PUMP STATION – Authorization to take any and all actions necessary to sell the 2.17-acre Property located at 510 Pacific Avenue in the City of Jersey City, Hudson County, also identified as potions of Municipal Block 15801, Lots 2 and 65, and further described in Executive Session, subject to the following Conditions:
• Retention by NJ TRANSIT of access rights to its operations over the Property;
• Review and approved by NJ TRANSIT Staff of JCMUA’s plans to confirm that the project will have no adverse impact of NJ TRANSIT’s operations;
• Approval by the Federal Transportation Administration on terms acceptable to NJ TRANSIT as discussed in Executive Session; and
• Compliance with all other terms and conditions as discussed in Executive Session, for an amount discussed in Executive Session.

2505-24PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM OF KAREEM HARRIS – Authorization to settle the claim of Kareem Harris, through his attorney, at an amount discussed in Executive Session. The Attorney General has approved the proposed settlement, subject to the availability of funds.
