Getting There:

NJ TRANSIT offers the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line, providing direct service to MetLife Stadium from Secaucus Junction for events with anticipated attendance above 50,000. 

Travel Steps:

1. To Secaucus Junction:
   • From New York Penn Station:
     • Board any NJ TRANSIT train marked with "SEC" to Secaucus Junction.

     • Connect to Secaucus Junction via the Main/Bergen County, Montclair-Boonton, Morris & Essex, Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast, Raritan Valley, Pascack Valley, or Port Jervis lines.

2. From Secaucus Junction to MetLife Stadium:
   • Transfer to the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line for a quick ride directly to the stadium.

Ticketing:

• Purchase tickets to "Meadowlands" via the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App or ticket machines at stations.
• For round-trip journeys, buy two one-way tickets, which can be used in either direction.
   

Schedule:

• Service begins approximately 3.5 hours before the event, with trains running every 10-20 minutes.
• During events, trains run hourly, and after events, they operate every 10 minutes.

Alcohol

• Opened and unopened drinks, of any kind, are not permitted on BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line service.
• International guests looking to purchase alcohol at MetLife Stadium must present a valid passport in order to complete a transaction.
• Alcohol of any kind may not be brought into or removed from the Stadium.
• Any guest attempting to conceal alcohol while entering the Stadium will not be permitted to enter the building. A guest who is observed consuming alcohol that was brought into the Stadium will be ejected from the venue.
• A person exhibiting visible signs of impairment will not be permitted into the Stadium.

 MetLife Stadium Carry-In Policy: Permitted Items

• Clear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or less in size (1 bag per person).
• Small purses/handbags (clutch-type bags) that are 4.5" x 6.5" or less in size (1 per person).
• Hand sanitizer 6 oz. or less in size and disinfecting wipes.
• Food of any kind that is contained in a clear plastic bag.
• Factory-sealed canned or plastic bottles of water or soft drinks that are 20 oz. or less in size.
• Reusable water bottles (both plastic and aluminum) that are 20 oz. or less in size. Bottles must be empty upon entry. Click HERE for a list of water fountain locations where bottles may be filled.
• Non-professional, still photography cameras with a lens that is 6" or less in length (no case or detachable lens).
• Binoculars not contained in a case.
• Battery-operated clothing, as long as the battery is no larger than an ordinary cell phone (3"x6"x1"). Batteries that do not meet the size requirement will be prohibited. Upon entry to the stadium, batteries must be disconnected from the clothing and placed on the security table.
• Hand-carried jackets, blankets, or other items, which will be patted down or searched.
• Small, hand-held USB-charged personal fans.
• Small personal electronic devices such as iPad, Kindle, or laptop (no bags or cases).

MetLife Stadium Carry-In Policy: Prohibited Items

• Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size, including purses/handbags, camera or binocular cases, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, and briefcases/computer bags.
• Seat cushions of any size except those for medical needs.
• Glass bottles, coolers of any kind, thermoses, or ice chests.
• Alcohol of any kind.
• Banners and signs of any size (unless otherwise noted on individual event page at MetLifeStadium.com).
• Flags of any size at all stadium events.
• Umbrellas, strollers, laser pointers, balloons, noisemakers, whistles, air horns, and balls of any kind, including full-sized footballs (also known as soccer balls).
• Drones.
• Still-photography cameras with a lens longer than 6", professional cameras, and cameras with detachable lenses.
• GoPros, audio recording devices, selfie sticks, monopods, and tripods.
• Weapons, including firearms, knives, and any item that may be used as a projectile or one that is deemed dangerous by Stadium management.
• Any animal with the exception of a service animal.
• Any other item deemed inappropriate by Stadium management
