Thank you for your interest in responding to solicitations for constructions and goods and services projects from NJ TRANSIT. NJ TRANSIT will administer bids and proposals exclusively through the Bid Express service at www.bidexpress.com. NJ TRANSIT made the transition to this secure electronic bidding platform to standardize our solicitation process across departments.
It is paramount that all vendors register, set up to bid electronically, and navigate the service in advance to upcoming solicitation deadlines. General navigation (registering, setting up to bid electronically, and solicitation review) of www.bidexpress.com prior to actual selection of a solicitation for bidding is FREE.
To assist you during this transition, NJ TRANSIT will be hosting FREE in-person training sessions on May 15, 2019 and May 16, 2019 at NJ TRANSIT's Headquarters located at One Penn Plaza East, Newark, New Jersey 07105.
The available dates and times are as follows:
- Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 9:00am to 11:30am
- Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm
- Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:30pm
- Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 9:00am to 11:30am
- Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm
- Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Each training session will cover registration to the new site, installation of the sign tool, creating an Info Tech Digital ID, as well as bid submission and withdrawal. NJ TRANSIT highly recommends that you sign up for a training session. Space for the training sessions are limited and interested parties are required to RSVP.
