NJ TRANSIT PROVIDES ADDITIONAL SERVICE FOR ATLANTIC CITY AIRSHOW
NJ TRANSIT Will Operate Special Roundtrip Train From Philadelphia to Atlantic City

NEWARK, NJ — NJ TRANSIT will operate additional rail service on the Atlantic City Rail Line (ACRL) to and from the 17th Annual Atlantic City Airshow on Wednesday, August 21th. This year, for the first time the extra service will serve Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station, providing additional opportunity for interstate travel.
In addition to the ACRL’s regular weekday service, NJ TRANSIT will provide the following additional roundtrip to and from Philadelphia.
Additional Service on Atlantic City Line (8/21/19)
· 8:27am Philadelphia – Atlantic City
· 5:39pm Atlantic City – Philadelphia
ACRL tickets and monthly passes are honored at all times for service on the No. 551 and No. 554 bus routes. Customers can also present rail tickets and passes to ride the jitney between the Atlantic City Rail Terminal and other local points of interest.
Military Discount and Child fares
Military Personnel and their dependents may use the one-way reduced ticket upon presenting their valid military or military-dependent ID cards. Eligible military personnel include Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard, and those with official “Retired” status from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard. When purchasing your ticket from a ticket vending machine or through MyTix (on the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App®), select Senior/Disabled to obtain the discounted fare. Veterans with service connected disabilities may present a valid Veterans Affairs (VA) identification card which indicates “service connected” to use the one-way reduced ticket option.
Children (ages 5-11) save 50 percent and up to three children (ages 4 and under) ride free with a customer paying any valid fare.
