NEWARK, NJ – River LINE service will operate on a special schedule this weekend to accommodate track work between 36th Street Station and Palmyra. Crews will be installing a new switch, part of a broader series of upgrades to allow for late night service between Camden and the Rt. 73/Pennsauken station later this year.

As a result of this work, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15, northbound River LINE trains will depart Camden Entertainment Center Station 15 minutes later than scheduled—at :00 and :30 past each hour. (Trains normally depart at :15 and :45 past the hour.)

Passengers boarding northbound trains from Camden to Trenton should expect trains to arrive approximately 15 minutes later than normal.

The first northbound departure, at 5:45 a.m., will operate as scheduled, followed by a departure at 6:30 a.m. (normally 6:15 a.m.).

Scheduled track work also will affect River LINE service on the weekend of April 21 and 22. On those days, service between 36th Street and Rt. 73/Pennsauken stations will be provided by buses between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
