Battleship New Jersey offers

CAMDEN, NJ –– NJ TRANSIT’s River LINE has your ticket to the best view of the Liberty Grand Prix Power Boat Race at the Battleship New Jersey on Sunday, October 9, from noon until 3 p.m. — and a way to bring a friend along for half price.

The Battleship New Jersey will give fans the best seat along the Delaware River for the second annual event, and any admission ("tour") ticket allows visitors to watch nearly 50 power boats as they race from the Ben Franklin Bridge to the Walt Whitman Bridge.

Customers who ride the River LINE to the Battleship New Jersey can save on admission to the event by presenting their validated light rail ticket at the Battleship New Jersey box office, along with a coupon from Riders will receive one admission ticket at half price with the purchase of an adult admission ticket at regular price.

The cost for a one-way trip on the River LINE is only $1.25, and parking is free at most stations along the route.
