Bloomfield Avenue Light Rail Station – Outbound Elevator Temporarily Out of Service for Repairs – Effective Immediately through January 2022

Effective immediately and continuing through January 2022, the Outbound Elevator at Bloomfield Avenue Light Rail Station is temporarily out of service for repair work.

Accessible Travel Options:

  • During this time, customers requiring accessible services may utilize the Inbound Elevator by traveling across the pedestrian crosswalk and then crossing Bloomfield Avenue.
  • Accessible travel is also available at nearby stations such as Davenport Avenue.
  • NJ TRANSIT buses provide accessible service near Bloomfield Avenue Station, including Nos. 11, 28, GO28, 29 and 72.
  • Customers may visit the Accessible Services webpage for further details on accessible travel.
