Bus Detour for No. 161 in Moonachie - Wednesday, June 16 to Thursday, June 17, 2021

Effective immediately through 5PM, Wednesday, June 16 and then continuing from 7AM to 5PM on Thursday, June 17, Moonachie Road will be closed between W. Joseph Street and Moonachie Avenue for construction. During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 161 in Moonachie will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward PABT will travel from Moonachie Road and W. Joseph Street, make a right on W. Joseph Street, left on Rednack Road, left on Moonachie Avenue, right on Washington Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Paterson will travel from Washington Avenue and Terminal Lane, bear right on Terminal Lane, make a left on Moonachie Avenue, right on Redneck Road, right on W. Joseph Street, left on Moonachie Road, and then continue the regular route.

Note: Bus stops may be lost during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully, and allow for extra travel time.
