Allwood Park and Ride - Bus Route No. 192: Additional Service for the 2019 Holiday Season - Effective Immediately through Sunday, December 22, 2019

Extra Service will be provided on NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 192 for the Holiday Season on weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Effective immediately and continuing through Sunday, December 22, additional Saturday and Sunday bus service will be provided on NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 192.

The following trips have been added to the No. 192 schedule:

SATURDAYS

To New York

Departing Allwood Park & Ride at:

9:10 a.m.
9:35 a.m.
10:05 a.m.
10:35 a.m.
11:35 a.m.

To New Jersey

Departing Port Authority Bus Terminal at:

4:15 p.m.
6:30 p.m.
8:35 p.m.

SUNDAYS

To New York

Departing Allwood Park & Ride at:

9:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m.

To New Jersey

Departing Port Authority Bus Terminal at:

5:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m.

Travel Tips and Reminders:

  • Check Travel Alerts & Advisories for potential changes that may affect your trip. Please review your bus route's timetable for specific details.
  • Please allow extra travel time during the holiday period due to heavier than normal passenger demand and traffic congestion into and out of New York City.  Heavy travel times are between 9 a.m. and noon (inbound) and between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (outbound).
  • Travel during off-peak hours:  inbound before 9 a.m. or after noon; outbound before 4 p.m.
  • On full-service bus routes, remember that no bills over $20 are accepted. Exact change is always appreciated.
  • Customers departing Port Authority Bus Terminal are reminded that tickets/passes are required before boarding the bus.
  • Purchase round trip tickets in advance on-board your inbound trip or prior to leaving the terminal to speed your return trip.
  • Customers traveling with large luggage or baby strollers should use undercarriage storage compartments on buses when available.  Please ask your bus operator for assistance when using undercarriage storage compartments.
