TRAIN TO THE JERSEY SHORE
Enjoy a shorter trip and one-seat ride to the Jersey Shore with our Shore Express. The express trains depart Penn Station New York at 9:01 am and 10:01 am, stopping at Secaucus Junction, Newark Penn Station, Elizabeth, Rahway, Aberdeen-Matawan, Red Bank, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Belmar, Spring Lake, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head without having to change trains in Long Branch. Return express trips will depart Bay Head at 4:54 pm and 6:54 pm. This express service operates on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays starting on Sunday, June 2 through Saturday, September 12.
On weekdays, NJ TRANSIT operates one-seat rides between Bay Head and New York during morning and evening peak commuting hours.
NJ TRANSIT also operates additional trains between Long Branch and Bay Head on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Customers may use the transportation portion of the beach package for connecting travel from Hoboken Terminal, Main & Bergen County Line or Pascack Valley Line stations (except from Metro-North stations) to North Jersey Coast Line trains.
Beach Packages go on sale Friday, May 22 at 7:00 am through Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 and on the following three Fridays: June 5, 12, and 19 at 7:00 am and throughout the weekends. Beach Packages will be sold daily thereafter from Saturday, June 20 through Labor Day, Monday, September 7, 2015. Packages can be purchased from ticket agents and Ticket Vending Machines along the lines or at the stations listed above. When purchasing your package from a Ticket Vending Machine, choose Special Promotions and then select Beach Package. Beach Packages cannot be purchased on board trains.
NWK will be printed on Beach Package transportation tickets when the origin or destination station is Newark Penn Station. Tickets sold on Main & Bergen County Line and Pascack Valley Line locations (except from Metro-North stations) will be printed with NYP as the origin/destination. Tickets are non-transferable and will be confiscated if altered in any manner. No step-ups or stopovers are permitted. Beach package transportation and beach admission tickets are non-refundable.

SHORE EZRide JITNEY
Your trip to the beach is even easier when you take SHORE EZride JITNEY, which will not only serve your favorite beaches but will take you to shopping and dining locations. NJ TRANSIT customers can ride the jitney FREE with a coupon. Just print the coupons available here and present to the jitney driver.

WILDWOOD AND CAPE MAY
Get to the shore from Philadelphia and South Jersey. Express bus service operates during the summer season, June 20th to September 7th (Labor Day) between Philadelphia, Wildwood and Cape May. Save more than 25% when you buy tickets at the new promotional round-trip fare. A round-trip ticket at the promotional fare is $30 between Philadelphia and Wildwood and $33 between Philadelphia and Cape May.
Round trip tickets must be purchased at Philadelphia Greyhound Bus Terminal, Fairfax Bus N' Bagel(in Philadelphia) or Wildwood Terminal. Drivers are not able to issue round trip tickets on the bus. Tickets are good for up to ten (10) days from and including the date of the sale.

NJ TRANSIT offers a variety of bus service and connections to Atlantic City for nightlife, dining, shopping and FREE beach access. Bus Route No. 319 provides seasonal express service from Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City to Atlantic City, with limited stops in Jersey City, Newark, and Toms River.
