Written comments for the record may be sent to: PUBLIC HEARING OFFICE - FARE PROPOSAL COMMENTS, ONE PENN PLAZA EAST, NEWARK, NJ 07105 or on NJ TRANSIT's Website for receipt no later than 11:59 p.m., March 27, 2010. To view a description of the proposals under consideration, please use the links on this page or send your request to Public Hearing Office, One Penn Plaza East, Newark, NJ 07105. All documents will be available for inspection and comment at the public hearings and information sessions listed on this notice.

All public hearing/information session locations are accessible for persons with disabilities. Individuals requesting special assistance such as a sign language interpreter or additional accommodation to participate in a public hearing or information session should contact the Public Hearing Office at (973) 491-7453 or TT (800) 772-2287 by March 12, 2010 in order for NJ TRANSIT to make necessary arrangements.
