Performances NJPAC introduces your students to the magic of theatrical performances. We ignite their imaginations with world-class productions of music, dance, storytelling, theater and puppetry. All of our productions are linked to curriculum areas such as world languages, social studies, and language arts - so the performance can continue to live on when you return to the classroom. Thanks to the generosity of Verizon, students of all ages are invited to explore the wonderful world of the performing arts!

 Arts Training NJPAC’s Arts Training programs help students at every level learn the artistic and technical skills they need to study acting, dance, instrumental music, vocal music, and musical theater. Teachers with professional performing arts experience create a disciplined, yet nurturing environment in which students feel free to express their artistic voices. Our programs help students find the self-esteem, poise, and confidence they need to succeed in every facet of life.

Residencies NJPAC brings the joy of dance, music and theater directly into your classroom with In-School Programs. Our teaching artists create stimulating performing arts experiences that engage students’ imaginations and encourage their creative self-expression. Residencies help students learn to work together and believe in themselves.

Familytime Performaces A Whole, Wide World of Performing Arts Magic!  NJPAC opens up a world of culture to children, families and schools, presenting the best in live performance from a wide diversity of disciplines. Choose from music, theater, puppetry, dance and special holiday attractions. Programs serve students PreK-12th grade, and children ages 3 to 18. NJPAC also provides curriculum materials, professional development workshops, pre-performance workshops, and meet-the-artist sessions, all designed to reinforce the educational value of each program.

FamilyTime Pre-Performance Workshops
Prior to select performances, NJPAC offers a Pre-Performance Workshop, designed for children (ages 5 and up) and accompanying adults. Workshops are held from 12:30pm to 1:30pm in NJPAC's Chase Room. Tickets are $11 for parents and $6 for children. Space is limited to 35 attendants per workshop. Each workshops relates to a specific FamilyTime performance.
