Recovery Projects (ARRA)

Project Scope
The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Danforth Interlocking project involves the construction of additional track, switches, catenary and signals along the Bayonne Branch of NJ TRANSIT's Hudson-Bergen Light Rail System in Jersey City and Bayonne. The work will allow NJ TRANSIT to provide additional capacity and flexibility in Hudson-Bergen Light Rail operations.

Project Cost
$15 million ($15 million funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009).
