NJ TRANSIT TO RESUME FULL SERVICE ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28
Cross-Honoring Remains in Effect

Newark, NJ – NJ TRANSIT will operate full weekday service on its bus, rail, light rail and Access Link services on Wednesday, January 28. NJ TRANSIT crews have successfully completed mandatory rail inspections and continue to mobilize bus, rail and light rail employees to ensure full weekday service on Wednesday.
NJ TRANSIT’s Access Link call center has also reopened and is taking paratransit reservations for tomorrow, with trips beginning at 9 a.m.
Cross-honoring of NJ TRANSIT tickets and passes on the Corporation’s bus, rail and light rail services and private bus carriers in New Jersey began on Monday, January 26 and will continue through and including Wednesday, January 28.
For the latest travel information, customers should visit njtransit.com, access NJ TRANSIT’s Twitter feed at @NJTRANSIT or listen to broadcast traffic reports. Additionally, NJ TRANSIT will provide the most current service information via the My Transit alert system (www.njtransit.com/mytransit), which delivers travel advisories for your specific trip to your cell phone, PDA or pager.
