NEWARK, NJ – NJ TRANSIT will relocate the bus stop at the Garden State Plaza in Paramus beginning Monday, January 2 to accommodate the mall’s planned expansion project.

As a result, NJ TRANSIT will reroute the following bus lines to enter and exit the mall via Garden State Plaza Boulevard:

  • No. 163 Ridgewood – New York
  • No. 175 Ridgewood – New York
  • No. 709 Bloomfield – Paramus
  • No. 758 Passaic – Paramus Park
  • No. 770 Hackensack – Paterson

The nos. 171 and 756 bus routes will continue to enter and exit the mall via NJ Route 4.

In preparation of the move, bus shelters at the existing stop will be removed and relocated to the new bus stop beginning on Friday, December 30 and continuing through Saturday, December 31. The current stop will remain in service while this work occurs.
