Branch Brook Park Station Retail Concession
NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from an experienced, financially sound individual or entity to operate a retail concession at Branch Brook Park Station.
Branch Brook Park is a primary transportation hub on NJ TRANSIT’s Newark Light Rail Line with direct service to Military Park Station, Newark Penn Station, and Grove Street Station. The Station currently serves an average of 2,270 weekly passengers and located at North 5th Street (Anthony Street), in the city of Newark, and is in close proximity to businesses, restaurants, retail, and residential areas.
The stand available for lease is a freestanding structure consisting of approximately 275 square feet.
Proposals may use the space preferably for, but not limited to, quality grab-and-go food items, a newsstand and coffee concession, to provide comfort, convenience and value to the traveling public, all the while providing excellent customer service and maximizing NJ TRANSIT revenue.
Selection of a Lessee(s) will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.

The written Expression of Interest must be post-marked, or your email received, no later than March 30, 2018. No telephone Expressions of Interest will be accepted.
