REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NJ TRANSIT is interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from experienced, financially sound individuals or entities to propose the operation of a retail store at NJ TRANSIT’s Secaucus Junction.
NJ TRANSIT’s Secaucus Junction is a major transportation hub attracting approximately 27,496 average weekday patrons from NJ TRANSIT commuter rail line and bus operations. The Station allows for direct connections throughout the State of New Jersey, including Trenton Transit Center, Newark Penn Station, Hoboken Terminal, while also providing direct service to and from New York Penn Station.
The available space is located within the main rotunda, opposite NJ TRANSIT Customer Service offices, in the main rotunda of Secaucus Junction. The space includes an area of approximately 3,250 sq. ft.
Selection of a Lessee(s) will be based upon review of proposals submitted to NJ TRANSIT in response to a Request for Proposal package issued to parties submitting an Expression of Interest.
