Rider feedback is essential to NJ TRANSIT. Customer input helps shape our business decisions. We manage, review, and respond to more than 50,000 customer contacts - telephone, email, mail, and in-person - per year through our web-based customer relationship management system.

The Riders Platform is a new way for our riders to provide ideas and suggestions on ways for us to improve service. Registration is open to all and as simple as submitting your valid email address and some basic information. Then you can post your best ideas and suggestions.
