The Meadowlands Rail Line is the best way to travel to football games and major events at MetLife Stadium. Avoid the hassle and expense of driving, traffic and parking with rail service that is fast and convenient - just 23 minutes from Hoboken Terminal and 10 minutes from Frank R. Lautenberg Station at Secaucus Junction.

From Hoboken and Secaucus, Meadowlands trains run express to the Meadowlands Rail Station, located steps away from the stadium. Service begins 3 1/2 hours before stadium events, with departures every 10 - 20 minutes, then hourly during events, and every 10 minutes afterwards.
