Effective Wednesday, October 31 from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Hooper Avenue in Toms River will be closed between Hadley Avenue and Water Street due to a Halloween Parade. During this time, Bus Route Nos. 67 and 137 will operate on a detour.
- Buses traveling toward Newark will travel from Water Street and Hooper Avenue, continue on Water Street, continue on Dock Street, make left on Washington Street, right on Hadley Avenue, continue on Hopper Avenue, and continue on the regular route to the terminal.
- Buses traveling toward Toms River will travel from Hooper Avenue and Hadley Avenue, make left on Hadley Avenue, left on Washington Street, right on Dock Street, continue on Water Street, and continue along regular route.
