The Homepage Trip Planner will find the fastest trips within a one mile walking distance of your origin and destination.

To begin, enter your starting address or boarding location (e.g. station or park & ride name). If you start typing a station name or park & ride location, the Trip Planner will suggest locations. You can select these by pressing Enter or Tab. You can also enter any street address or intersection. Be sure to include your city and state. Commas are acceptable, but are not required.

If you prefer to use a particular travel mode (e.g. "rail only," "bus only," etc.), simply select the appropriate button.

You can adjust the date and time to plan a future trip, if desired.

To plan an ADA-accessible trip, check the box next to the word "Accessible."

To plan a trip using other settings, including shorter walking distances and fewer transfers, please use our Advanced Trip Planner by clicking "Advanced."

Bus Route No. 158 - Detour in Edgewater, West New York and Weehawken

June 28, 2012

On Wednesday, July 4th from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m., River Road through Edgewater, West New York and Weehawken will be closed from Gorge Road and Marginal Road due to the July 4th fireworks display on the Hudson River. During this time, Bus Route No. 158 will operate on a detour.

Buses traveling toward New York will travel from River and Gorge Road, make a right on Gorge Road, left on Edgewater Road, left on Palisade Avenue, right on Woodcliff Avenue, left on Bergenline Avenue, left on 48th Street, right on Broadway, continue on Park Avenue, left on South Marginal Road and continue into the Lincoln Tunnel.
Buses traveling toward Fort Lee will travel on Route 495 westbound, take exit for Park Avenue, make a right on Park Avenue, left on 48th Streete, right on Bergenline Avenue, right on Woodcliff Avenue, left on Palisade Avenue, right on Edgewater Road, right on Gorge Road, left on River Road and continue on the regular route.

SPECIAL NOTE - No service will be provided along River Road between Gorge Road and Marginal Road. This includes NO SERVICE to Port Imperial Ferry and Lincoln Harbor.
