NJ TRANSIT Central Division New Bus Timetables - Effective Wednesday, November 22, 2017
Effective Wednesday, November 22, NJ TRANSIT will issue new bus timetables on several bus routes. Please review new schedules HERE, or pick up a printed timetable aboard buses and at major terminals.
Attention Interstate Customers: NJ TRANSIT will operate unique levels of bus service the following weekdays, on many interstate bus lines - Wednesday, November 22, Friday, December 22 and Friday, December 29.
New timetables with updated information:
Bus Route Nos. 1, 11/28, 40, 70, 73, 79, 80, 81, 111, 113, 114/117, 116 & 126
No. 11/28 Daily: To enhance the customer experience, additional holiday shopper service will be provided. Please pick up a timetable or visit njtransit.com for more details.
No. 40 Weekends & Holidays: On Thanksgiving Day (November 23), the day after Thanksgiving (November 24) and the day after Christmas (December 26), a special schedule will be operated. Also, additional holiday shopper service has been added on weekends. Please check your timetable for more details.
No. 73 Daily: Additional holiday shopper service has been added to the schedule. Also, to enhance the customer experience, a late night trip serving Livingston Mall has been added to the schedule on November 23. Please see our website or pick up a timetable for more details.
No. 79 Sundays: Beginning on Sunday, November 26, service to UPS will depart at 8:04 AM and 9:04 AM respectively. All other trip times remain the same.
No. 111 Holidays: A special schedule will be in effect November 23 and November 24 serving The Mills at Jersey Gardens. Click HERE for schedule and trip times.
Holiday Notes: On Thanksgiving Day (November 23rd), the Friday after Thanksgiving (November 24th), Christmas Day (December 25th), the day after Christmas (Monday, December 26th), New Year’s Eve (Sunday, December 30th), and New Year’s Day (January 1st) service levels will vary by bus line.
