UPDATE: Pascack Valley Line: Buses Replace Trains During Weekday Midday Hours through Friday, September 27, 2013

Please note that the weekday midday busing on the Pascack Valley Line will end on Friday, September 27, 2013.

Midday, weekday bus service on the Pascack Valley Line will end on Friday, September 27, 2013. 

Until 3:30 p.m. Friday, September 27, buses will continue replacing trains between Spring Valley and Secaucus Junction from approximately 8:45 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Customers should allow an additional 30-60 minutes travel time.

NOTES

  • Customers traveling locally between outlying stations on the Pascack Valley Line may need to travel to Secaucus and then transfer to an outbound bus to reach their destination as there will be no direct connection between the different bus segments.  
  • Teterboro Station customers:  Substitute buses will not stop at Teterboro. Customers may use NJ TRANSIT Bus No. 161 (stop on Route 46 and Industrial Avenue), which will cross honor Rail passes.
  • Customers traveling during midday hours on weekdays may also use their rail passes on NJ TRANSIT Bus Nos. 76, 151, 161 and 165 and on Rockland Coaches/Coach USA Bus Nos. 11A (to and from Port Authority) and 11C (to and from George Washington Bridge Bus Station). 
  • To avoid delays, customers may wish to travel via the Main/Bergen County Line.
